传统的金属桥架表面防腐层厚度小，在运输、安装过程中容易破损，而且表面有微细小孔，腐蚀性气体通过小孔容易进入到结构层影响防腐效果；非金属电缆桥架防腐性能较强，但机械强度不够。基于这些情况我公司开发研制了环氧树脂复合型电缆桥架:它在环氧树脂电缆桥架内增加了金属骨架，不仅保留了原环氧树脂电缆桥架的特点，同时又增加了机械强度，可承载大直径的电缆，桥架跨度可达12米。

为了解决金属与非金属因膨胀系数不同而引起的脱层问题，在金属和非金属之间加入了结合层；为了解决了易粉化、易老化的问题，在桥架表面模压了具有抗光照等特殊作用的保护层；环氧树脂复合型电缆桥架经权威机构鉴定使用寿命在30年以上，这种产品已经使用了15年，未出现褪色和老化迹象；环氧树脂复合型电缆桥架最适合在腐蚀性环境，大跨距，重载荷条件下使用。
